Meet Adam Woodard, NBC-HIS, CEO

Adam Woodard, prior to becoming a BC-HIS (Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences) and CEO of TruEAR Inc., served active duty in the United States Military and also worked for a Fortune 500 company, where he was a top salesman and key member of a research and development team.

Adam is a passionate serial entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship is an environment he grew up in with his Father owning a 20+ year business in Miami. Witnessing the ups and downs that owning your own business can bring helped prepare for the journey with TruEAR. He currently oversees TruEAR and in January accepted a role to help grow his father’s plumbing business in South Florida. He believes the key to success is removing ego and constant growth.
