Meet James Bronson III, NBC-HIS, COO

James Bronson III, prior to becoming a BC-HIS, served four years honorably with the USMC, where he was a combat instructor of water survival, scout instructor, and squad leader. James’ work experience outside of the military has been management exclusively in the private medical retail industry (pharmacy, optometry, and hearing).

James built a greenfield practice in a small market (Eustis) into a yearly million dollar practice for Advanced Hearing and FMHC. He helped develop a training program and was the lead trainer for a 50 office practice. James left FMHC in 2017 when they did not honor their original agreement of affording him the opportunity to take over/own the Eustis practice he grew. James believes integrity and follow-through are critical to being successful in anything in life.
